Adsense - Tip #4: Use the keywords in the titles and URLs of your posts and pages
In the last post about Adsense, we had talked about a method to identify the high paying keywords to use them in our contents and attract the Adsense ads related with those keywords.
Today we emphasize two positions that are very important for putting the keywords in order to achieve that: The titles of the pages and the URLs.
Even in the world of search engine optimization (SEO) is known that by putting the keywords in those places is key in order to get good rankings (besides the links). Also, Google Adsense gives an important weight to the words in the URLs and the highlighted texts in the content that usually are titles.
In the case of the blogs, when the platforms like Blogger or WordPress are used, whenever we create a new post, the system also create a special page for that post known as permalink. That is to say, each post have its permanent page although in the homepage are always placed the last posts in chronological order. That allows that each article can be linked individually even if it has disappeared from homepage.
For the above-mentioned, when we write a blog with these platforms, it is not necessary to worry about the URL because the system try to create an URL by using the same words in the title of the post, automatically (some characters and the blank spaces are replaced by an appropriate character for an URL).
I have experienced with this in order to see how important is the URL and the title for Google Adsense and I can say that if we want to attract ads about a specific topic, the most effective thing is to make the URLs with the appropriate words. In other cases, Google Adsense takes several hours to react , but when we have the right URLs, the effect is almost immediate and we can see the relevant ads without delays.
On the other hand, we must not forget that the content in our sites and blogs are mainly for the people and not for the robots of the search engines or programs like Google Adsense.
That is to say: putting the titles without sense by using keywords is not a good thing. For instance, by avoiding prepositions in our language that make clearer the ideas in a title. We have not said we should use only keywords. We have said we should use them, but the reading always must make sense.
Another error is to fill the titles or URLs by using a lot of keywords (keywords stuffing) because in that case we will be confusing people, our site could be penalized in the search engines and our rankings will be devastated with the consequent income losses from Google Adsense that is not what we sought.

Nowadays, I have to conclude that the two most relevant money makers tools for bloggers are:
I am a fun of
I am 31 years old and I work from home as web developer and SEO for a company in other country. I really like this kind of work because I love work from the comfort of my house.
The keywords related to your site (grouped by similarity) will be listed after a few seconds. Then you must click on the column “Advertiser Competition”, and each group will be sorted in a descendent list (more to less). Graphically, a horizontal bar will be showed for each keyword in order to know the approximated competition level. Therefore, if the whole bar is colored or almost the whole bar is colored, we can consider those as high paying keywords. You must focus your contents in those keywords mainly but you must not neglect to the parameter labeled as “Search Volume for last month”. It is showed, too. This is because the keywords must have a high level of competition but also they must be queried by the people in the search engines to generate traffic to your site. It is very important to maintain a balance between the search engine optimization and the optimization for Adsense. That could be a difficult task. Luckily, almost all the competitive keywords have a good Search volume. Good Luck!
